You will receive a comprehensive search of
felony convictions and/or department of correction
records from the following states: (AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA,
KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI,
SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI). You will also receive a comprehensive search
of individuals classified as sexual offenders and sexual predators
in the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID,
IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV,
NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV and WY). Also included
is the applicant’s verification of current and previous employment
in regards to dates of employment, position held, negative employment records and
unsatisfactory dismissal.
