This report shows if a person has been convicted
of any misdemeanor and/or felony. This search
is conducted at the county and district courthouse levels and the report will provide
important information such as Type of Offense, Offense Date, Case Number, and the
Disposition and Sentence. We will also perform a comprehensive search of criminal
records and/or department of correction records from the following states: AL, AK,
AZ, AR, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE,
NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI. This
report also contains information regarding individuals classified as sexual
offenders and sexual predators because of a conviction for a sex-related
crime and/or a specified crime against children in the following states: AK, AL,
AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME,
MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD,
TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV and WY. Also included is a copy of the applicant's
consumer credit report from Experian Credit Bureau providing you with
information regarding their credit history, credit score, negative accounts, collection
accounts, past due amounts, bankruptcies, tax liens and any civil judgments against
them.
